This policy applies to KORANK AI(“we”, “us”) and the korank.ai website. When an institution uses our platform, that institution is the data fiduciary for its students’ and staff’s personal data; we act as a data processor under its instructions.

On this website, we collect only what we need:

• Contact details you submit — name, work email, institution and message, when you request a demo.
• Essential cookies — required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice.
• Analytics — only if you accept, and with IP anonymisation, to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Demo requests are used solely to respond to you and prepare a walkthrough for your institution. Analytics, when enabled, is aggregate and never used to profile individuals.

When you first visit, we ask before loading anything beyond essential cookies. You can choose “Essential only” and the site works fully. To change your choice later, clear this site’s data in your browser and the prompt returns.

Records created inside the platform belong to the institution that owns them — they are portable and exportable. Website enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to follow up, then deleted.
